Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. This role requires close collaboration with department managers to assess human resource needs, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth allocation and management of human resources. The HR Coordinator will be the primary contact for all internal stakeholders, employees, and HR service suppliers on HR matters.

What will you do:
Communication and Coordination
• Maintain regular communication with management to stay updated on HR needs.
• Serve as the main HR contact for managers, employees, and service providers.
• Communicate effectively with managers, employees, internal and external stakeholders, and HR service providers.
HR Initiatives and Systems
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures to relevant parties.
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Be actively involved in recruitment by coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Create and implement effective on/offboarding processes in collaboration with the Country HR Manager.
Documentation and Compliance
• Prepare documentation and promptly send HR updates to service suppliers.
• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with agreements and labor laws.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, HR data, contracts, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Performance and Development
• Oversee the quality and performance of HR service suppliers.
• Foster positive working relationships between outsourced employees and internal teams.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including internal/external training.
• Assist in performance management processes.
Payroll and Benefits
• Review and coordinate monthly payroll processes.
• Coordinate with the HR Country Manager on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
Employee Relations and Activities
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Advise on labor conflicts in coordination with the Country HR Manager.
• Support the organization of internal employee activities, including well-being plans.
Administrative Tasks
• Handle HR administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu
What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience or a similar role.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, C&B
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
