We are recruiting one Human Resources Associate Director or Director (depending on experience) to support our growth in Vietnam!
PURPOSE
- Lead HR, Admin and Internal Communication for Ipsos Vietnam (team of 4 people)
- Establish HR strategy for Ipsos Vietnam, in respect of Ipsos local, regional and global guidelines
OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY
- HR: accountable, leading HR company activities
o From recruitment to exit interviews
o Staff development and satisfaction (career path, internal and external training)
o Compensation
o ...
- Admin: supervising the Admin team
o Office and staff administration, including payroll supervision
o Legal, Insurance...
- Internal Communication: supervising
o CSR activities
o Internal events (company trip...)

RELATIONSHIPS
- In this role, you will ensure effective communication with the Managing Director and BU Leaders on all talent opportunities and challenges
- You will also report to a regional HR director based in Singapore.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the HR Team and between teams
- Lead by example and behavior (incorporating values) within the business
- Behave in a manner that displays professionalism integrity and corporate citizenship at all times
Yêu cầu
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, in Service industry
o Experience in market research is a big plus
- Especially, we are looking for a candidate with records of successful actions for staff retention
- Interpersonal and strategic communication, negotiation and conflict management, influence and problem solving.
- Demonstrated competence in organizational development, executive coaching, compensation, employee relations, and talent management
