HR Operations Excellence (40%)
- Directly manage and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle on digital platforms, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Establish a robust yet flexible system of policies and internal labor regulations, ensuring high levels of compliance within the Finance industry.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) systems to ensure market competitiveness and transparency.
Scale-up & Change Management (25%)
- Lead organizational scale-up processes, ensuring human resources grow in alignment with business scale without diluting the core culture.
- Execute Change Management initiatives as the company integrates new technologies (AI, Mobile Apps, Agentic BI) into workflows.
Organizational Development (OD) & Performance (20%)
- Design and standardize organizational charts, Job Descriptions (JDs), and career development roadmaps.
- Drive data-driven performance management, utilizing OKR/KPI systems to measure the tangible value of every individual.
- Identify and implement "Right People, Right Place" strategies by leveraging the unique strengths of each staff member to optimize the apparatus.
Engagement & People Strategy (15%)
- Build an out-going and high-integrity working environment; implement substantive Bonding Policies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and BOM on long-term human resource strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining top-tier tech talent.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
- Minimum of 05 years of experience as an HR Director or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record in Finance, Tech, Service, or Logistics sectors; deep familiarity with Tech-driven or App-based environments is a significant advantage
Expertise:
- Strong background as an HR Generalist, possessing a comprehensive mastery of all HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD) and leading enterprises through periods of volatility or hyper-growth.
Skills & Personality:
- Possesses professional gravitas and maturity; strong and decisive in execution yet flexible and sophisticated in communication.
- Has a "keen eye for talent," with the ability to identify and leverage individual strengths to optimize the organizational structure.
- Modern mindset, ready to apply technology and automation to HR management
