ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Engagement Intern to join our HR team. You will support initiatives that strengthen employee experience, promote internal engagement, and help shape a vibrant company culture as we grow globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement & Events : Support company events and engagement activities, including Win Sessions, corporate dinners, sharing sessions, and other requested events.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Support onboarding/offboarding logistics, welcome kits, documentation, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
HR Administration: Assist with probation follow-ups, employee data updates and other HR operational tasks.
Internal Communications: Prepare and coordinate internal announcements, presentations, and other employee communications.
Employee Feedback & Data: Support employee surveys, feedback collection, engagement data analysis, and HR reporting.
Content & Design: Create visual materials and simple content for HR activities using Canva and other relevant tools.
Cross-functional & Ad-hoc Support: Collaborate with HR and other teams on employee experience initiatives, vendor coordination, and other HR projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Background: Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Humanities or any related field; available for full-time internship.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with a diverse, international team.
Organization & Adaptability: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
HR & People Interest: Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, employee experience, internal communications, or organizational culture.
Tools & Creativity: Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva, basic visual design or video editing skills are a plus.
Event & Project Skills: Basic experience or interest in event planning, project coordination, data analysis, or communication-related activities.
