Conduct projects in Uma branding activities to diversify the candidates and talent pools.
Counsel the interview practices to hire managers
Conduct professional hearing meeting and contribute the effective comment for disciplinary decisions
In charge of staff engagement and the survey practice
Good knowledge in labor law to support to build HR policies & procedures
Support to review current HR policies & procedures
Respond to the employee about UMA policies & procedure
Ensure employee understand and act under UMA policies & procedures
Work in calculation monthly PIT, PIT finalization; do the monthly PIT payment for the company
Represent HR to work with other Departments regarding labor contract signing, register SIHIUI
Register personal income tax code, new sign-up social insurance, medical insurance for managers/expat, unemployment insurance, bank accounts for expat
Follow and execute regulations, policies, and procedures of the company
Update all laws and regulations related to labor, benefits, and duties of employees
Calculate monthly payroll and be responsible for related administrative jobs
Record leave tracking and handle leave application files

Yêu cầu
University Degree in HR Management, Social Study, Business Administration...
Knowledge of Labor Code, HR fundamental practices
At least 2 years of experience in HR field and working in foreign-invested companies.
Conversant with spoken English.
Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
Familiar with the professional working environment under high pressure.
Good interpersonal/communication skills, planning & organizing skills, initiative, flexible, independent, result-oriented
Be patient and accurate
Dynamic, friendly & careful, can keep confidential
Able to commit 8 months to the position
