RECRUITMENT (80%):
Manage & develop the applicant database.
Work with recruitment agencies & universities on recruitment needs
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Plan, develop and manage the recruitment & selection process, strategy and appropriate assessment/ recruitment tools to screen and recruit candidates for good job fit
Develop company branding to attract and retain high candidate qualification and diversity by posting job on social media, facebook, recruitment vendor, company's website... and other group of recruitment.
Interview candidates up to Senior Executive level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and hiring Manager.
Design & develop recruitment materials such as job descriptions & testing tools
Manage recruitment budget
OTHER TASKS:
Do other tasks as requirement.
Support team about related tasks.
Build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities
Support company events: Year-end party, internal party, Company trip....
