Main tasks
Recruitment
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for key positions.
Research and recommend new recruitment sources and channels for both active and passive candidates.
Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
Screen and shortlist CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Support reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Implement and follow up employee health insurance, travel insurance
Support to implement the work of state insurance sickness, maternity and health care regimes,etc.
Others
Plan and publish internal news and updates on company communication channels
Support HR team in organizing company events, engagement activities, and employee recognition programs.
Assist in preparing HR reports, statistics, and documentation as requested.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR administration, recruitment, or C&B.
Experience handling work permit, visa, and employee paperwork is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR management systems.
