Recruitment (40%)
Develop recruitment plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
Manage and optimize recruitment channels, maintaining strong relationships with headhunters, universities, and HR communities.
Enhance the Candidate Experience to strengthen the employer brand.
Analyze recruitment data and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
Employer Branding (30%)
Plan and implement internal and external employer branding campaigns.
Manage content across social media platforms and the company's career site.
Coordinate and organize recruitment events such as career talks, workshops, and campus recruitment programs.
Develop innovative HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Learning & Development (20%)
Support in identifying training needs and developing internal training programs aligned with the company's HR strategy.
Organize and oversee training sessions, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Assist in the development of career paths and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
Policies & Compliance (10%)
Propose and develop HR policies that align with the company's strategic growth.
Update and refine HR policies based on market trends, labor regulations, and employee feedback.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure the seamless implementation of policies.
Assess the effectiveness of HR policies and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience.
Oversee compliance with company policies, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or employer branding.
Proficient in using HR software, recruitment tools, and HR management systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and analytics to drive decision-making.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with internal communication tools and social media is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, creativity, and a high sense of responsibility.

Probationary work with 100% salary.
