1. Main tasks
Perform recruitment tasks
- Identify recruitment needs to conduct projected future manpower trends and needs for all levels and skills across the company, and to make and update a recruitment plan monthly / quarterly / annually
- Conduct first-round interviews and select a shortlist for round two (if necessary)
- Work directly with managers of all departments to advise and make the final recruitment decision
- Negotiate on the salary and send an offer letter to successful candidates
- Prepare and send new employee onboarding process
- Support/advise other offices and branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and other countries in preparing the job posting and recruiting foreign trainees
- Manage Recruitment Software and support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as needed
- Maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs
- Assist with documenting the internal recruitment process flow and procedures
- Develop recruitment networks through social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, forums, and universities, etc.
- Select the recruiting partners and do the payment procedure
- Organize annual recruitment events, such as job fairs and recruitment seminars
- Conduct regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Perform evaluation tasks
- Work with Managers/Leaders of departments to build KPI targets, criteria, evaluation for employees
- Submit to the Board of Directors for approval of the set of goals/ KPIs of the whole company
- Deploy the plan KPIs periodical evaluation
- Acting as a clue to collect, synthesize, and check the validity of the Objectives/ KPIs of the Department against the Company's regulations
- Following, reminding the progress of the objectives establishment/ KPIs of departments
- Following, updating and innovating evaluation system when it arises
- A clue to receive the result of objectives evaluation monthly/ quarterly/ 6 months (middle year) at the end of the years from departments
- Check the validity of the assessment results, the provided evidence and compare with the approved set of Objectives/ KPIs
- Prepare general reports/ statistics on the results of achieving the goals/ KPIs of the whole company (in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Management, storage the resume of objective evaluation result/ approved KPIs
Perform competency tasks
- Building a competencies system to evaluate work efficiency and evaluate competency of employees in the company
- Build and monitor the performance of standard functions for each position as decentralized
- Statistical organization, analysis, implementation & monitoring of work performance management & evaluation the performance of work and staff evaluation in the company
- Organize examinations for salary increase, rank increase, examination in the company
2. Other tasks:
- Transfer candidate's information to Compensation and Benefit Senior/Executive and related departments to carry out the process before and after the probation period of new employees
- Work closely with HR - Admin Manager in building/modifying/updating HR policies and HR strategy; other new project ... and evaluating staff to ensure a clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
- Support in other activities of HR team as required

1. Competency
- Fluent in English language
- Have experience in KPI & competencies implementation
- Have broad knowledge in multiple areas of recruitment methodology
- Have experience in searching for and screening candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise and interviewing candidates to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organizational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

2. Education
- University: Bachelor's or Master's in HR management or business administration
3. Experience
- At least three years of experience working in Recruitment and Admin and two years of experience in a senior position
