Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Recruitment & Training to join our team in Binh Duong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and organizing training programs to enhance employee development.
Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers to organize training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and training methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
