1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition

Mainly in charge for recruiting employees for the school
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Manage the full recruitment process: Sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, offering, closing and onboarding duties.
Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required
Manage recruitment budget
Handle all recruitment administration
Develop recruitment strategy include job posting, recruiting marketing channel development, recruitment campaign, talent planning,..
Utilize various sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, internet sourcing, employee referral program, ect.) to attract talents.
Creating networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports to update of the hiring status, turnover rate and provide any recommendations or solutions if necessary
Building candidates database
Initiate and implement Employer Branding program
Remind probation performance appraisal before proceeding labor contract.

Talent Development

Manage & coordinates training and development programs for employees.
Manage full coordination and administration for training-related activities
Conduct new hire orientation for all employees and continuously work to develop the new hire program.
Administer in-house and external training-related activities from course registrations, training grant application and claim, up-to-date training records, invoices and training evaluations
Source, recommend and evaluate training vendors for in-house and external training
Organize and manage events - inhouse
Source and recommend suitable training providers to deliver training programs; and measure training effectiveness
Plan, monitor and ensure timely completion of training programs to fulfill Company's overall Training Plan
Input all related information of employees into database

Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities

Supports activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy, e.g. HR info day, Career day, HR connects, Leadership connects
Leads and coordinates associates surveys
Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Join hand in other HR functions & tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated with Degree of Human Resources, Economics, BA or equivalent
Previous experience in education is preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent English 04 skills
Energized, open-minded and proactive
Responsible and honest at work
Careful and detailed with number and calculation.
