· Implement all tasks of Recruitment including planning, post jobs, interviewing, etc. for all positions of the company.
· Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee's performance
· Join to build up the KPI, HR policies, HR survey
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· BA degree of human resources management; law or relevant qualification
· 3-5 years experience in Human resources & Administration
· Good knowledge and skills in recruitment, training, and appraisal
· Ability to work under pressure
· Good social and cultural knowledge, good communication skill
· Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
· Computer: Microsoft offices, Email, Social networks, Job network
Working time: Hours & Availability
· Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
· Work on 2 Saturdays/month (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
· Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
