• Recruitment (Primary Focus - 70%)
Coordinate and execute recruitment activities for factory roles: operators, line leaders, helpers, technicians, etc.
Work closely with production supervisors and
HR Manager to understand manpower needs and hiring plans.
Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates.
Participate in job fairs, community recruitment, and external partnerships (vocational schools, local labor offices).
Support pre-employment procedures: medical check-ups, document collection, contract preparation.
• Onboarding & Documentation (15%)
• HR Operations Support (15%)
Assist in managing daily HR tasks such as attendance tracking, probation evaluations, and resignation processes.
Support employee communication related to policies, recruitment updates, or company announcements.
Collaborate with other HR team members on internal audits, labor inspections, and compliance documentation.
• College or University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiar with recruitment processes for blue-collar workers.
• Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law related to hiring and contracts.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
