Mô tả công việc
***HR job:
1. Recruitment of all supervisory and section head level of employees and interviewing compared with current knowledge of labor market trends and the sourcing of possible candidates.
2. Monitor and maintain effective probation and annual appraisal system for all employees.
3. Ensure effectiveness of the use of system-HR function for all employees
4. Administer and control of employee movement, probation and annual performance reviews.
5. Control and administer internal and external vacancies, including preparation and drafting ads.
6. Assist with producing end of period HR reports.
7. Liaise with managers, department heads and payroll ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and on time.
8. Reception duties, including assisting and counseling with all internal inquiries from employees.
9. Ensure that all employees updated on the communicated information and development of the company through different channels such as newsletter, notice boards, poster, sign and etc.
10. Conduct exit interview all supervisors and managers except the department head level.
11. Assist with new employee orientation program.
12. Plan, implement, and monitor the manning guide, HR budget and plan.
13. Update human resources strategic plan annually.
14. Assist with the organization of all employee meetings and the employee function/events.
15. Work closely with director of human resources in term of policy, recruitment and termination of department and higher, monthly meeting and reports, strategic planning, people development.
16. Other duties as requested by GD & CFO
***Administration job:
- Process visa, work permit, temporary resident card for Expats
- Responsible for fire fighting, health and safety activities
Yêu cầu
- Living in Haiphong are preferred, available for business trip
- University Degree or above.
- At least 15 years in the HR/GA position in foreign manufacturing company
- Strong verbal and written English language skill
- Good analytical, planning, organizing and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skill
- A positive and flexible working attitude, professionalism and punctuality
- Honest and careful
- Good knowledge of Vietnam law.
