1. Manage and lead Recruitment activities:
Review Job descriptions and cooperate with other Department Heads to design functional tests.
Analysis the recruitment requisition.
Manage headcount budget.
Design job posters, post jobs, sort CVs, phone interviews and coordinate with other Department Heads for interview arrangement as well as selecting appropriate candidates as required.
Reports of recruitment status to ensure lead time for KPI.
2. Coordinate closely with management levels and employees to improve work relationships, build up morale, increase labor productivity and retain the talents.
3. Manage and lead the Company activities or events.
4. HR Development (HRD) system including training program, effective performance evaluation system, KPIs.
5. Manage and lead the legal requirement related to day-to-day activities of employees.
6. Do activities to reduce legal risks.
7. Manage disciplinary system to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as the same role in multinational companies.
Languages: Good command in English (a must)
Other requirements:
Microsoft Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong planning, analytical & negotiation skills
Relationship-building skills
Well organized, high sense of responsibilities and Tech Skill.
Priority for anyone with wide networks for candidates of workers & technician level with diploma holders.
5. Others:

Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon- Fri, alternative Saturdays
