Responsibilities
Assisting Payroll under HR Head's guidance and supervision
· Checking for monthly outsource payroll to ensure accurate disbursement of wages to all staff.
· Checking for employees' statutory contributions to SHUI and Personal Income Tax
· Checking for Over Time claims
· Checking other payroll related documents and data.
Assisting Recruitment & Onboarding
· Assists hiring manager on hiring requisitions as per DOA.
· Job posting, screen CVs and arrange for interview.
· Post-informing to failure candidate(s).
· Prepare onboarding procedures for newcomers.
· Conduct internal screening process
· Generate or terminate employee's staff ID
Assisting Training & Development
· Administrative for all relevant training courses for the branch.
· Follow-up and keep record for all training courses material for both internal and external courses.
Assisting other HR matters
· Assists to liaise with relevant parties/vendor for the Expatriate matters.
· Maintain, record and update staff personal files systematically in both soft and hard copy.
· Assists to review and update branch Staff Handbook.
· Assists to prepare statutory and mandatory HR reports.
· Assist employees with insurance claim procedure.
· Assists to implement policies and procedures as per GHR standard.
· Assists to handle employees' complaint.
· Assists to celebrate employee engagement activities.
· Assists HR Head to clear the backlogs on HR related matters for branch.
· Assist in other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements
· Experience as a HR Generalist
· Knowledge of HR Functions, including recruitment, employee relations and HR administration
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills
