Job Summary:
To support processes which require local variation and/or need to be delivered in country with focus on Tier 2 support and ensuring local legislations compliance from a HR perspective.
Responsibilities:
To perform activities in relation to Core HR Admin to include:
• Audits from authorities, Contingent Workers, Craft/Seasonal Workers, HR Data, Leavers, Mass Data Changes in HCM, New Joiners, Organisation Structure, People Moves, Time & Attendance and Occupational Health & Safety.
• Provide clarification of country HR policies and procedures.
• Develop process excellence in Operation activities.
• Ensure local legislation compliance.
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
• Work closely with Finance and payroll partners on payroll administration.
• Preparation of employment contracts and HR-related documents.
To perform activities in relation to queries to include:
• To support queries to resolution in relation to country-specific queries and provide local knowledge management.
• Accurately respond to client queries and escalations (via phone, live chat, email, and case management system).
• To support the Workplace Solutions Specialist team with individual cases.
• Handle customer requests according to the project deadlines - Handle complex problems raised by clients and provide solutions. Excellent job organization and time management skills.
• Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members.
• Develop process excellence in Operation activities.
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
To perform activities in relation to Mobility Admin to include :
• Liaise and collaborate with our external immigration advisors, relocation providers and international tax advisors to provide the best possible mobility service to our people.
• Advise the business and recruitment on country immigration options, manage visa applications, and ensure ongoing country immigration compliance with all immigration processes.
• Accountable for monitoring and reporting Mobility data.
• Assist with Mobility projects - including any process/policy improvements, benchmarking, and ad hoc projects.

Yêu cầu
Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of process knowledge & experience in workforce administration/Employee data administration
• Experience of working within HR Shared services / Mobility would be an advantage
• Experience of managing a generalist portfolio of HR activities
• Experience of working independently or in a small team
Required Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A customer-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, practices or experience in onboarding or HR Projects would be an advantage
Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated and driven.
• People-oriented with excellent relationship management skills.
• Confident and capable, able to articulate processes and policies clearly and competently at all levels in an organization.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
• Detail-oriented, organized and diligent
