Recruitment & Training (50%)
- In charge of the recruitment tasks
- Approach & flow up probation assessment, termination and disciplinary.
- Assist for training program for employees
C&B (50%)
- In charge of the monthly attendance and payroll
- In charge SHUI complies as law
- Responsible of PIT tasks
- Handle all the employee papers: labor contract, appendix, decision ...
- Manage and record the kinds of employee database, leaves by soft and hard copies
- In charge all reports to government office as requirement of law
- In charge leading of company event: Birthday, Women day, Company trip ...
- In charge of Labor Union: Policy, Follow-up activities ...
- Other tasks will be assigned by HRM
Yêu cầu
- Graduate from college, university or the relevant level.
- From 3 - 4 years of experience in the same position.
- Have the background in F&B industry is priority.
- Have the knowledge of AI tools and smart social media application, database management & EB.
- Strong negotiation and communication skill
- Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills and a good attention to details.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations
- Ability to work under high pressure and to meet deadlines
- Growth mindset, dynamic, result-oriented, teamwork, can-do attitude
