Mô tả công việc
HR Admin:
Support to collect personal documents for new hires and return social insurance for resignation.
Support HR Projects & other Admin tasks as assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Manager.
2. Office Admin:
Arrange business trips for all staff: air ticket, accommodation, visa, car rent, payment & cost allocation/report.
Check statements with suppliers, cost allocation, payment, and reports.
Control meeting rooms' booking, contract/documents filling.
3. Assist CEO:
Book and claims of traveling, meals, etc.
Apartment & car rent payment.
Claim of health insurance.
Other tasks supporting the Executive Assistant.
Yêu cầu
A university degree or higher preferably
Graduated student, Final-year student with Economics, Human Resources, and Business Administration major.
HR experience is a plus.
Positive, result-oriented, and willpower to strike for excellence.
MS Office - Specializing in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
