Job Description
As an HR intern, you will expand your HR knowledge in a supportive environment. We offer hands-on experience through cross-functional collaboration within the HR department such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development as well as Employee Relations.
Support team in all activities of the recruitment process such as posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests and scheduling interviews, data entry
Join to build candidates database
Coordinate with internal functions to ensure ER-related process compliance
Assistant in executing cross-functional HR-related tasks/projects as assigned
Other administrative required by the supervisor
Qualifications
For the 4th year students or fresh graduates
Interest in HR
At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
Can work minimum of 4 days/week
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
