Mô tả công việc
Responsible for Internal relation, focus on updating information about:
• New comer, promotion, birthday list, news and holiday
• Memo, policies according to request
• Policy, process, template of HR department to suit with company's law and policy
• Best Employee of the month
• Events organized by HR and other parties
• Co-ordinating with IT department in order to broadcast all the above information
• Strengthen people engagement and Company branding through following activities: team building, company ceremony, noel, lunch & learn, new year celebration, dress up & make up day, Company's community day, long service employee honoring
Supporting administration & benefit for employee
• Keep track and provide uniform, name card, work station for employee and flowers for Function Head (if any)
• Scan employees' profile
• Register monthly "Tuoi tre" newspaper and yearly calendar
• Manage medical storage
• Execute yearly medical checking for employee
• Update data to People Soft (E-HRM software), approval right on "Leave online" function and Concur (Business trip approval system)
• Updating distance for fuel supporting in business trip by private transportation
• Updating Telephone list, Organization Chart, Function Head & AMD's working calendar for CEO
• Other Ad-hoc tasks
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree
• Good command in English
• 1-3 years experience in HR position, detail oriented
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Creative and innovative in event organizing
• Proficient in MS Office
