Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with current regulations
Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits structure.
Analysis the employee salary system to enhance salary incentives and ensure competitive pay structures
Compliance & HR Policies
Handle disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company policies
