Department: Human Resources
Work Location: HCMC - Head office (GEV)
Reporting to: Head of HR
JOB PURPOSE:
• Be responsible for the overall Compensation & Benefits, Training, Performance Management, expat service of Gulf VN entities.
• Support other HR team for recruitment and other activities per project company if needed.
• Support Head of HR to run HR projects per assignments.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support to HR Head to take a role of trusted HR to handle all complexity problems and ensure business continuity efficiency including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management and expat services, ect.
• Managing full operations of C&B of Gulf VN companies including but not limited to monthly payroll, salary payment, social insurance, Personal Income Tax (both local and expats) (PIT), contract management, etc.
• Managing vendors related to C&B such as payroll outsourcing, tax consultant, HR system, etc.
• Building and developing HR policies/ benefits scheme to ensure its competitive benchmarking to market practices and updated with Vietnamese laws.
• Handling annual salary market survey, year-end review for merit and bonus increase.
• Being responsible for C&B budget setting and managing.
• Handling end-to-end processing of performance management including but not limited to KPI set-up, mid-year review and year-end evaluation.
• Leading end-to-end training and development activities including but not limited to build and execute training plan, do training-need-analysis, work with training vendor, build up internal learning culture, etc.
• Managing the expat services of Gulf Vietnam entities.
• Together with HR Head to be responsible for building and maintaining HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring its efficient operation as well as all of employee information, HR information are accuracy and available.
• Generating relevant HR reports per assigned of the management.
• Support for other HR activities related to Recruitment, Training, Staff Engagement, Employee Relation, Compliance and other per assigned.
• Any other tasks/projects as assigned by Head of HR.
