Mô tả công việc

Develop, implement and monitor people strategies, systems, initiatives and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy and across the organization.
Provides support and guidance to OD team members, consult management, and other staffs when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
Manages the talent acquisition process, including grooming, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar position
Well-versed in HR analysis, metrics, systems and databases
Strong people mindset and results oriented
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
In-depth knowledge of labor law andHR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
