Mô tả công việc
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring the success of our human resources initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees and management alike.
Responsibilities:
* Talent Management
Perform talent acquisition to recruit suitable talents and build a talent pipeline to support business needs
Develop talents by setting up structured local initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the organization
* Learning & Development
Design and deliver employee L&D plans, by identifying training needs through internal / external resources and developing an annual training plan for all employees
* Employee relations:
Deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation
*Retention/ engagement:
Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge teams
* Performance Management
* Building and developing corporate culture activities

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the construction industry (8+ years)
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
Strong understanding of construction industry-specific HR challenges and regulations
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English
