We are looking for a highly experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager to help us build and maintain a positive work environment that supports the growth of our talented workforce.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's overall objectives. This key leadership position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall objectives, mission, and values.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of top-notch professionals that align with our company culture and support business growth.
- Oversee and optimize the performance appraisal and talent management process to identify high-potential employees and support their professional development
- Manage performance evaluation systems, setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback to the company's team leaders.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive company culture and high levels of employee satisfaction
- Supporting managers to ensure consistent handling of employee relations and addressing any grievances or conflicts
- Collaborate with other departments to develop effective onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Regularly assess and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a strategic partner to the President

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
- At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly efficient and effective in your work practices
