Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws, company regulations, and customer standards.
Oversee the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) program, ensuring it attracts, motivates, and retains top talent while staying within budget.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Manage the HR Management System (both physical and digital).
Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues, including inquiries, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
Implement and oversee internal and customer audits.
Manage HR projects aligned with company strategy and customer requirements.
Forecast and manage HR budgets.
Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong English language skills.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Prior experience in a company with more than 3,000 employees (3+ years in HR & Training and Recruitment Management preferred).
Knowledge of best practices and customer standards in the garment industry (a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong English language skills.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
