We're building a fast-growing, multi-site F&B business in Vietnam - and we're looking for an HR Manager who can lead from the front.
This is not a corporate HR role. You'll be on the ground, working directly with outlet managers and teams to improve hiring, retention, engagement, and performance across the business.
1. HR Leadership & Operations
• Own and lead the full HR function: recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and admin
• Act as a true business partner to leadership and outlet managers
• Resolve employee issues quickly and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment
2. Recruitment & Workforce Management
• Lead high-volume recruitment for frontline roles and key management positions
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and onboarding effectiveness
• Build talent pipelines for future growth
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Design and execute initiatives to improve engagement and reduce turnover
• Maintain a strong presence in outlets to understand team dynamics
• Build a culture that balances performance, accountability, and team spirit
4. Performance & Leadership Development
• Implement practical performance management processes (KPIs, reviews, feedback)
• Coach managers on people management, discipline, and team development
• Support leadership capability building across the organisation
5. HR Systems, Structure & Process
• Build and improve HR frameworks: recruitment, onboarding, grading, and policies
• Ensure consistency across all locations while maintaining flexibility where needed
• Use data and reporting to support decision-making
6. Compliance & Administration
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law and internal policies
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, transfers, exits)
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
7. Digital & AI Enablement (Support Role)
• Use digital tools and AI to improve recruitment, onboarding, and HR efficiency
• Support adoption of practical HR technologies across the business
Yêu cầu
• 5-10+ years HR experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail
• Proven experience managing HR in a multi-site, operational environment
• Strong track record in high-volume hiring and frontline workforce management
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working on the ground with teams
• Able to balance people empathy with performance and discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication in English
