Human Resources (HR)
Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Establish and manage compensation, benefits, and KPI systems.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labour disputes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Manage personnel records, attendance, payroll, and insurance ensure compliance with labor laws.
General Affairs (GA)
Oversee administrative operations, office management, and company assets.
Coordinate services such as security, cleaning, transportation, and canteen.
Organize company events, guest reception, and external relations.
Manage the issuance of work permit, visa and other procedures for foreigners.
Information Technology (IT)
Manage IT systems: network, servers, software, and security.
Manage IT vendors and control IT-related costs.
Ensure data security and information protection.
Other: Follow instructions/request from plan manager & General Director.
Yêu cầu
Education background:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or relates fields
Working experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR-GA, including at least 2-3 years in HR-GA Management.
Experience in building HR systems (KPI, C&B, policies, processes).
Specific skills:
Strong Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and relevant regulations;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Organization, problem-solving, communication, planning and collaboration skills are required.
Proficient in office computer (Words, excel, ppt...), reporting skills
Fluency in English.
