Mô tả công việc
*JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for providing full supports in term of Insurance related clerical and other functions associated with insurance transactions and Labor report for Payroll, and all necessary administrative tasks if needed.
*ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Finance:
- Support the team to achieve the set target
- Be responsible for target set for self
2. Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients by provide good customer services
- Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required
3. Process/Function
HR Outsourcing & Payroll
- Making report to Social Insurance Department for clients to accomplish within required time and proper manner
- Control figures SI, HI & UI payment of Payroll clients
- Follow process to reduce risks and increase the accuracy report to clients
- Together with Senior Consultant to set up procedures, forms, formula to facilitate for the works of preparing monthly insurance reports and reconciliation data.
- Prepare all labor reports and labor books registrations for all payroll clients.
- Consult clients about Insurance and Labor related regulations and documents (if any)
- Answer inquiries from client's employees and vendors
- Investigate and bring to resolution of customer questions
4. Learning & Developing People:
- Participate in team sharing sessions/seminars for regulations/knowledge update
- Learn and develop by self
5. Major challenges:
- Ensure that all SI, Labor reports are fulfilled in timely manner to complete the requests from the Senior consultants
- Directly work with different Governments officers
- Handle all relating administration and paper work properly

Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
- Must be having a Bachelor's degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law
2. Experience:
- Essential: 1-2 years of human resources experience in insurance
- Desirable: Minimum of 1 years working experience related to SI, HI, UI and Labor report with Social Insurance Department and Department of Labor
3. Abilities/ Skills:
- Have a high level of Patience, ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong teamwork oriented
- Strong willingness to learn and to work extra hours
- Helpful and supportive
- Proficient in MS Office
