Mô tả công việc
- Implement operation reports within the assigned authorization
- Update legal documents and regulations related to the assigned field
- Instruct Company Employees to implement the HR procedures and regulations correctly
- Support to improve for HR guideline and Rules to be practical and suitable with actual operation
- Conduct the recruitment upon the recruitment request of other Departments
- Collect and propose training plans of the company
- Develop and implement internal and external training programs to improve employee competencies to meet job requirements;
- Monitor and evaluate training plans and annual training budget of departments and units of the company
- Support to collect KPI performance result within the company
- In charge for all process regarding to salary, PIT and SIHIUI for Employees (Monthly salary, PIT, SIHIUI calculation, yearly PIT finalization, tax code, dependent registration...)
- Arrange annual health check up for Employees and health care insurance for Employees and family members
- Update Employee information into HR software and HR database
- Management for HR hardcopy document in systemactic filling structure

Job requirements
- University degree or above in HR, Office administration management
- 04 years of working experience in similar positions or professional area
- Fluently communication in English
- Understand legal documents and regulations within the assigned authority and professional area
- Report writing skill
- Cooperation culture building & promotion skill
- Office application skill
**Salary (Agreed upon interview)
- 13th month salary
