Mô tả công việc
a. Compensation and Benefit
In charge of tracking the attendance of employees in the company as required.
Prepare the payroll monthly and ensure to get approval and release payroll payment on time on the HR management system.
Update and monitor salary changes at the request of the line managers.
Calculate personal income tax, prepare, and submit the personal income tax declaration monthly, finalization personal income tax declaration annually on time compliance with tax law.
Calculate and follow the social insurance that company and employees must contribute monthly.
Prepare and follow the social insurance inform procedure (sick leaves, resign, hiring new employees, maternity, ....)
Prepare and calculate the union fee monthly.
Following, cross check private health insurance expense and support on process to receive and hand-over private health insurance card, claiming private health insurance for all employees.
Managing the original employee records and database on the HR management system.
Prepare and submit the report relating to declaring labor, labor situation, foreign labor, labor accident, labor safety and hygiene, unemployment labor... compliance with current law.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
b. General & Reporting
Coordinating to propose and update salary, bonus, and welfare policies.
Support to handle HR processes and procedures in accordance with the law and company policies
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
Provide line managers with a full report of HR matters, HR tasks and employee performance.
Supporting/ leading, planning and implementing internal events/ seminars with HR team.
Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
You have a strong experience as HR.
Knowledge of HR functions (Payroll & Benefits) and development.
Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Having at least 4 - 5 years of experience.
Good communication.
