Support to develop C&B regulations, policies and procedures
Assist HR Operations Team Leader to solve HR issues
Manage processes of Timesheet, Contract & Annex, Labor Discipline and other HR administrative affairs accurately and timely
Coordinate with other member of C&B, HR Policy& Operations Department in improving and developing of C&B procedures and processes, HR Operation Service and supporting tools for HR department
Perform HR Operation Service analyses and projects as required
Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
Ensure all criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner
Keep track on internal loans of Division employees
Undertake other duties as directed by HR Operations Team Leader

Yêu cầu
Background
Bachelor Degree, major: Human Resource or Business Management is preferable
2 - 3 years of experience in related fields
Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Skill
Communicates well both in writing and verbally
Organizational skills

Pays attention to detail
Understands and implements processes
Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
