HR Senior Staff (Working in Hung Yen)

* WORKING LOCATION
Washing Machine Factory, Plot G2, Thang Long II IP, Yen My, Hung Yen Province
* JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job-holder will be responsible for implementation of HR activities as following:
1. Compensation & Benefit
• In charge of monthly attendance, control leave, overtime
• Check and update employee information on data system.
• Control in extension, new signing or termination of Labor contracts
• Open and control PIT code for employees, dependents
• In charge of all job related to Insurance as monthly report, insurance benefits claim for employees, open/close and return Social insurance book to employees.
2. Recruitment & Training
• Perform recruitment procedure: post job advertisement, screen CVs, interview and offer for successful candidates.
• In charge of on-boarding procedures including Orientation Training for new-comers.
• Support to implement annual training programs.
