Mô tả công việc
Communicate with employees as a bridge to keep employees and the Board of Directors to understand their needs when problems arise in relation to the Labor Code.
Responsible for handling tasks related to functions, duties of the room: work, compensation, handling violations.
Support to conduct exit interview and give suggestions to improve Company E-culture.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Assist in creating and implementing progressive discipline policy and procedures.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issue, rules and regulations
Assist in scheduling events and conduct EGV internal programs and activities.
Be responsible to ensure that the company operates in accordance with the law.
Be in charge of counseling, explaining to employees the issues related to the law related to employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
University graduate
At least one year of working experience in the related field is required
Good at writing and speaking English
Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively.
Can handle pressure and has the ability to multitask
Motivating, listening, deal with conflict
Team player, enthusiastic,open minded, proactive
