1. Recruitment (50%)
• Develop effective recruitment strategies for different job groups.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.
2. C&B (40%)
• Manage C&B operations including timekeeping, OT, payroll, benefits, and attendance reporting.
• Administer labor contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle PIT declaration and annual finalization for local employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
3. Other job (10%)
• Support training activities and coordinate company events.
Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in C&B and recruitment.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, social insurance, PIT, and HR regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment strategy and end-to-end hiring.
2. Skills
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Supportive mindset aligned with HR team culture.
• High responsibility, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
