The Job Description
HR tasks:
- Posting job advertisements, screening applications, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews; assisting with interviews and onboarding.
- Training: Coordinating internal training programs; monitoring periodic evaluations.
- Company rules, Collective Labor Agreement: Monitoring compliance with company regulations, updating company regulations, Collective Labor Agreement and registering them with the Department of Home Affairs.
- Insurance: Work with the insurance department and handle employee insurance claims.
- Work permit: process work permit applications and related tasks
- Visa: Prepare documents for visa applications; update and follow up on visa files.
- Prepare HR reports for government authorities.
- Support accounting jobs assigned by the Chief Accountant
- Daily tasks assigned by HR and ADM manager
Import-export tasks
- Temporarily support import-export operations & administrative tasks for approximately 6 months

Skills And Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required
• 3 years minimum required experience in Human Resources
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Organization and time management skills
• Able to meet multiple deadlines
• Service-minded and flexible
