Main Job Responsibilities (Brief)
- An HR Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of employees within an organization. The role includes managing training programs, performance evaluations, career development initiatives, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- The HR Development Supervisor works closely with department heads, managers, and external vendors to assess training needs and deliver effective solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Description
1. Training and Development (15%)
• Develop and implement employee training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Coordinate with external trainers and consultants to provide specialized training.
• Oversee the organization of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
2. Performance Management (20%)
• Supervise and support performance evaluation processes.
• Assist managers in setting performance goals and creating development plans.
• Monitor employee progress and ensure feedback is delivered regularly.
3. Career Development (20%)
• Create career development frameworks for employees at various levels.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
• Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development
4. Employee Engagement and Culture (15%)
• Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
• Organize team-building activities and other programs aimed at increasing morale.
• Help manage diversity and inclusion programs within the organization
5. Compliance and Recordkeeping (10%)
• Ensure all employee training and development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development activities.
6. Collaboration (10%)
• Partner with HR and management teams to align training and development programs with organizational goals.
• Communicate regularly with department heads to understand specific needs and align training efforts accordingly
7. Reporting and Metrics (10%)
• Track the success and ROI of development programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
1. Education Background: Bachelor or higher.
2. Experience: 4-5 years (Details and required service years).
3. Required Skills: Fluent English (Advanced); Proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
4. Other qualifications: Experience with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of labor laws and employee rights.
