Mô tả công việc
1. Training
Be in charge of On-boarding & off-boarding procedures
Work with Department Heads to analyze & identify the Training needs & design Annual Master Training Plan in accordance with the Strategic Objectives of the Company
Supervise the implementation for the Plan of Training, Human Resources Development yearly
Annual review material for Orientation Training and do train the internal trainers.
Build-up relationship with Universities/ Colleges/ Vocational Schools in order to recruit potential employees, interns
Upgrading employees' education background
Support HRM to set up internal training courses, introduce potential external and/ or online training courses
2. Organization Development
Deploy & follow up & KPI, IDP & annual performance appraisal
Talent Pool, Succession planning
Execute local initiatives and programs under Company's direction for employee engagement, workforce stabilization
3. Support HRM to develop HR policies & processes
4. Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects
5. Ad-hoc jobs: Design & do surveys, be Admin for Company website, communication channels, organize activities/ events to build company benefits.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Education or English
Experience: At least 4 year-experience at the same role with multinational companies
Languages: Good command in English (a must)
Other requirements:
Microsoft Skill: Word, excel, good PowerPoint
Strong planning and analytical skills
Training Methodology & team building Skill
Cost Budget Control Ability
Priority for candidates with experience in Training & Organization
5. Others:

Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon- Fri, alternative Saturdays
