A. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT:
- Salary calculation and payment to employees Vietnameses (including resignation salary)
- Calculation/ deduction for: insurance, PIT, (employment, resignation, other benefits concerning to SI,HI,UI policies)
- Salary calculation, PIT and tax finalization for foreigners
- Salary payment report and documents administrative
B. PIT:
- Dependents tax code, dependents deduction and / registering PIT, other procedures concerned for employees.
- In charge for monthly/quarterly/ yearly PIT settlement.
C. COMPLIANCE:
- Update regulation related to HR fields.
- Administrate documentations for related compliance documents.
- In charge of discipline procedure.
- In charge for ISO of HR Dept.
D. RECRUITMENT:
- Support recruitment for all position.
MINOR DUTIES:
1. Do all the reports to Social Insurance, Tax Dept, Labor Dept (Foreigner/Vietnamese)
2. Improve Human resources data management.
3. Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Incharge of dependents tax code, dependents deduction and / registering PIT, other procedures concerned for employees.
- In charge for monthly/quarterly/ yearly PIT settlement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Knowledge: Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Human Resources Academy.
- Skills: Proficiency in interpersonal communication, HR software, Microsoft Office, English.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience
- Others: Ability to co-ordinate team members, self-motivated, proactive, accurate.
