We are looking for an experienced HR
Assistant Manager with strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and labor law, preferably from the garment or manufacturing industry.:
* HR Operations & Employee Relations
Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR reporting.
Maintain strong employee relations; handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
Work closely with Production & Office leaders to ensure workforce planning and labor allocation align with operational needs.
* Compliance & Legal
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, EPE regulations (if applicable), and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Lead internal audits related to labor, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with compliance teams (Social Compliance, C-TPAT, BSCI, WRAP, ISO, etc.) for audits and corrective action plans.
* Recruitment & Talent Development
Drive recruitment for key positions, especially production-office roles (IE, QA, Merchandising, Planning, etc.).
Support training needs assessment and coordinate training programs to improve employee capability.
Assist in developing succession planning and performance management frameworks.
* HR Analytics & Improvement
Prepare HR metrics: headcount, turnover, manpower cost, recruitment KPIs, and compliance reports.
Support HR digitalization, process improvement, and employee engagement activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of HR & Compliance experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory or assistant manager roles.
Experience in garment or manufacturing environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, HR Compliance, and Social audit standards.
Fluent English (both written & spoken).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
