Mô tả công việc
• Serve as a strategic business partner providing thoughts and insights on how to drive the business from a people-perspective.
• Support on improving HR tools, policies and processes;
• Prepare HR management report deliver such as turnover rate, hiring status, employee engagement rate etc. to management team for improvement actions.
• Ensure the compliance to all corporate and legal requirements in respect of Human Resources;
• Drive recruitment, selection, retaining succession planning strategies
• Make annual training plan and competency development roadmap for the organization to ensure that training and development opportunities provided to the employees and fully in line with the organization maturity and employee self-development;
• Work closely with line managers, department heads for HR Operations and continuous improvement;
• Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to ensure sufficient and consistent information sharing and interaction between management and employee, including but not limited to notice boards, round table meeting, town hall meeting; Manage attendance records for payroll and employee records for leave.
• Ensure that company employment contracts, performance / behaviour records, termination records, exit documentation and other critical documents are stored appropriately in employee files and comply with labour regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment in alignment with local and government legislation. In the event of an occupational incident, ensure the employee, company and insurance requirements are managed appropriately.
• Ensure HR software is promptly updated and maintained.
• Administer payroll duties.
• Organise company events and team building activities.
• Incharge all admin job in factory
• Other as required.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (In English / HR related discipline)
• 3 - 5 years working experience (preferably in a foreign company).
• Formal training in Labour Law is preferred.
• Good written English, some verbal English an advantage
• Good teamwork spirit and proactive working attitude.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
