ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Identifying and Prospecting Leads: Research and identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from the product/service. This involves using various sources such as online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking to generate leads.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate the potential of each lead to determine if they fit the target customer profile. Assess their needs and challenges to understand how the solution can provide value to them.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the product and explain its benefits and features to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders. This involves effective communication and responsiveness to address their queries and concerns.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to close deals. Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, content creation, and other marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law) Special cases will be approved by the line manager
Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is crucial. Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products or technology solutions is a definite plus.
Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and the problems it solves for customers is essential to effectively communicate its value.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients, deliver compelling presentations, and write persuasive proposals.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a win-win approach for both the company and the client.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS industry trends, technology, and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the SaaS business.
Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach to analyze sales performance, track metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
