Mô tả công việc
● Provide subject matter expertise to the leadership team on building organizational capability
through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfillment, talent
retention, performance management, and culture building
● Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and
employee relations
● Support the resolution of complex people and employee relations issues, escalated through
HR Operations within agreed governance
● Provide guidance to managers and associates for HR-related concerns including lower-risk
associate relations and the performance management process, development of business
objectives and individual development plans
● Partner with C&B to communicate and implement programs related to Compensation
and benefits to ensure compliance and to meet the needs of the brand/business unit
● Drive the development and implementation of solutions to employee relations issues
● Promote and establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee
morale
● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
● Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
● Nurture a positive working environment
Yêu cầu
● At least 04 years of experience at HR Assistant (at C&B/ HR General) position
● Previous working experience in retail, and e-commerce is a plus
● Age under 30, open mindset, good at soft skill
● Can work under stressful conditions
● People-oriented and results-driven
● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills (nice to have)
● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
company
● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
● Ready to go on business trips as requested by the management
