1. Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned department, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth.
- Coordinate and work with related management members of annual budget headcount as well to control during the annual recruitment activities.
2. Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Reserve candidates' pool to ensure and to deliver recruitment process in effective way by networking with universities and other sources to get candidates (HR Network, HR Club, Staff referral...) at level from middle manager and below of white-collar employees by maximizing internal and external sources.
- Administer sources of recruitment and letters of job application. Follow-up and complete the process both in system and paperwork.
- Implement & monitor end to end recruitment process (from screening to joining, including Onboarding process, exit interview).

3. Training & Development
- Implement Training Plan & tracking report
4. Employee Relations
- Coordinate and implement disciplinary actions following specific cases.
- Consult internal working regulation (ILR) and labor law to employee.
- Supervise and monitor other tasks related to staffing and partnering.
5. Performance Management (PM):
- Support performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and evaluation.
- Address performance-related issues, coach managers on feedback and improvement plans.
- Follow-up, arrange logistics and collect related documents
6. Compliance
- Ensure related policies/process are implemented and adhered to local and global ones (W2HO)
- BRC Pillar by coordinating with HR Team members to ensure this activity in line with the Company's target.
- Coordinate to have internal/external reports related to the job's areas required by law or the Company
7. Complementary tasks
- Co-ordinate with and support HR colleagues in carrying out department assignments.
- Perform other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by
HR Manager
