Mô tả công việc

· Ensure plant, equipment, manpower are in safe conditions during work progress on the construction site
· Responsible to implement HSES plan and follow HSRE Manager's instruction
· Manage HSE profile of manpower, plant, and equipment
· Coordinate with the relevant departments to plan, organize HSE matters for the construction site
· Daily Inspect and support on HSE compliances (HSE plan, PTW, JRA)
· Ensure the worksite is well-arranged on housekeeping and welfare facilities always maintain
· Conduct HSE training for the workforce
· Ensure traffic management plan is implemented as per approval
· Conduct daily toolbox meetings, risk assessments, alcohol tests for the workforce
· Organize firefighting prevention for the worksite, emergency drills for the worksite
· Ensure all plant, equipment, and tools are inspected before work
· Ensure all electrical equipment is in a safe condition
· Daily conduct site patrol to resolve the HSE issues and ensure staff comply with the HSE plan
· Conduct an incident investigation and reporting to prevent the recurrence
· Other HSE tasks assigned by HSE Manager

Yêu cầu

- Preferable: HSE Experience on Rail construction
- In-depth knowledge on Vietnamese regulations and requirements
- Good interpersonal and good radio communication skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skill
- Emergency response with dept knowledge
- Good command of all English skills and Microsoft Office skill
- Quick learner and follow orders from HSE Manager
- Working time: 95% on site and 5% at office. Nightshift if required
