HSE & Security Supervisor

Working location: Tan Tao Industrial Park, Binh Tan
Responsible for the overall Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSE&S) function of Tan Tao 1 & 2 Warehouse
1. HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT
• Supervisor the implementation of HSE in warehouse site
• Develop and enhance of HSE awareness activities/campaigns
• Participate in establishment and maintain an HSE Management System ISO 14001.OSHAS18001
• Participate in development and maintain of procedures comply to client's requirements
• Conducts periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments; Incidents and Accident Investigations (if any) and recommends prevention awareness programs accordingly
• Performs HSE inspections and audits and prepare relevant reports on all safety & health related incidents.
• Ensure and monitor the compliance of all regulatory requirements in the in-charge warehouse
• Develops, promotes and maintain a clean, safe and well-organized working environment culture for all employees.
• Coordinate with other HSE Officers, Department Heads and Line Managers to ensure staff and contractors adhere strictly to the safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct Occupational Hygiene (OH) and environmental monitoring, inspection and assessment of work place and activities for existing or new installation and processes.
• Ensures that all HSE monitoring equipment are in good condition and has been properly calibrated/maintained
• Ensure all premises complies to relevant legislation e.g., MOLISA, DOLISA and Local authorities, by working closely with the Warehouse and Facility Maintenance departments.
• Assists in conducting annual refresher exercises on First Aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drills and external trainings.
• Develop and implements safety programs to provide the road map to Zero Injuries and world class performance
• Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on Safety, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security according to ZPVN requirements and customer at in charged site
• Ensure compliance HSE training develop fully and on time at in charged site
• Secretary of the HSE Committee and lead the ERT
• Control hazardous waste document and make yearly report.
• Monitor and plan machinery equipment safety inspection with strict occupational safety requirements.
2. SECURITY
• Ensures the physical security of the site meets minimum Zuellig Pharma standards as established by the Region Security Leadership
• Ensuring security systems are maintained and function properly (Door Access System, CCTV system & Control Room, patrol system and facility security alarms)
• Ensuring that all Security SOP`s are updated and that procedures are followed
• Attend all client and regulatory security audits as required
• Implement security protocols, policies and procedures and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Participate Investigations on all reported inventory losses in the warehouse and in transit.
• Report to management and track all incidents on loses/ theft. Report findings and respond to inquiries about the status of cases
• Investigate source of warehouse security breach.
• Provide guidance to security supervisors and guards.
