*Key Activities:
Key main tasks:
- Ensure all HSE related licenses of Plant operations are in valid and up to date.
- Organize HSSE and Security Programs to enhance Safety Awareness and Behavior in D7 plant.
- Share lesson learnt and experience from other affiliates to improve Safety Behavior of plant employees and contractors.
- Ensure Operations, Procedures, Documentation comply with HSSE and Security expectations.
- Ensure proper organization and utilization of Safety Personnel and Safety Facilities. Advise on issues in conjunction with Work Permit.
- Coordinate with related Managers/Supervisors to ensure all critical safety devices being maintained with HSSE expectation condition.
- Coordinate with related Managers/Supervisors to ensure all HSE and security gaps closed within target.
- Coordinate with Industrial Community, local Fire Brigade, and local authority to conduct fire fighting training and Emergency Response through regular drill exercises.
- Liaise with authorities pertaining to HSSE and security issues, advise management on new rules and regulations introduced by local authorities.
- Ensures all D7 LPG Plant employees and contractors being trained on Safety and Rules before commencing any work inside the Plant.
- Participate in development and implementation of Safety, Health and Environment training program.
- Assist in incident investigations, compile and maintain incident record system. Ensure that all necessary reports are properly documented. Assist in analyzing data to detect problems.
- Monitor working environment, emission, hazardous material/product/waste in compliance with local and company regulations.
- Work with HSSE Department to implement any new HSSE and security requirements, assessment, compliance.
- Ensure security related procedures implemented properly by Security Guards. Carry out security observation.
- Prepare and submit all necessary actions and tracking for HSSE and security internal/ external reports periodically.
- Support Transportation Supervisor on element HSSEQ management
- Provide back-up for Plant Manager as delegated.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
General HSE Tasks:
- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
- Managers should consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and practices, setting a positive example for their team members to follow. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure that all team members receive adequate HSE training and have access to necessary resources, such as safety equipment and information on emergency procedures.
- Create an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting hazards, near-misses, and incidents without fear of reprisal. Act on these reports to improve workplace safety. Responsible for overall coordination of HSSE and security implementation in the plant to achieve Flawless Operations (without any LTI, MTI, environmental violation and security and control incident).
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environment, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE or LPG operations will be a plus, including at least 2 years in managerial roles.
What are the technical skills required?
- In-depth knowledge of LPG system operations, including marine receipt and plant handling.
- Application and supervision of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) management systems.
- Skills in risk assessment, incident analysis, field inspection, and HSSE reporting.
- Ability to manage safety, security, and environmental programs in compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
