Human Resouces Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to take on the HR needs of our evolving Company. This role will cover HR responsibilities ranging from recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff, through to to consulting with senior management on strategic planning and acting as the link between management and the organization's employees.
The successful applicant will be be driven, competent and experienced whilst being excited to take on the challenge of a rapidly changing young company and a rapidly expanding office. The role is integral to the growth of the company and the management team are looking for an exceptional candidate who wishes to push themselves to achieve new goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
- Manage and control the Company's compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records
- Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, trade unions
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
- Manage the recruiting & staff developing strategy for the Company
- Maintain employees' records-insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations
- Organize staff performance assessment program
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally
