Registration person tax code, dependent tax code for employees
Implement and update social insurance policy
Follow up all expats matters: extension visa, working permit, lodging and other
Booking air tickets, booking hotel, follow up expats' itinerary
Purchasing stationery, office tools and equipment, drinking water, ...
Supervising driver team, monitoring petrol using, managing car activity
In charge of PVI insurance:
Updating new procedure, policy from PVI, then announcing, explaining to employees and supporting them in claiming reimbursement
Registration increasing or decreasing list (if any)
